One of these is not like the other

Hello! I received an order of 16 "golden kuhli loaches" (pangio doriae) to add to my 8ish. They are so fun to watch. But I noticed that one of them is not the same. Could someone help identify it please? My best guess is a chocolate/black kuhli. I did reach out to the seller to see what they thought. Thanks!

Could these white spots be natural coloration?

Please excuse the yucky water. He was hard to catch even in his tiny tank.

This poor fish has been treated with ich-x, prazipro, kanaplax, sulfaplex in food, and melafix. I am glad he has survived but at this point could the spots on him just be natural coloration? His red is sad now. The spots haven't changed in approximately 4 months now.

He is alone in a 1.5 gallon quarantine tank with water changes daily. Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate all 0. pH 6.8

Clado? Differential diagnosis?

Just pulled this lady out and gave her a nice salt bath. Can someone please confirm that this looks like clado? It has appeared after several months living in this tank.

I have only added a pleco baby and various plants.

I didn't see any algae on the plants before throwing them in.... obviously should have washed them but I didnt.
