In the first image we have a character with what looks alot like dog ears, but its hard too tell if thats what we're looking at, or just someone with a terrible hair cut.

The second is alot more obvious though. We have a fat guy whos looks like a normal human. Meaning, more diverse body types are in the game for races, which is great all around, and great for male majins in particular as this drastically raises the odds of a not fat male majin.
