Glitches changing between different budget files
I have a couple of weird glitches I've noticed working with multiple budget files and I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts?
First, I have a few different budget files for different purposes - work, personal, etc. One thing I've noticed is that if I have money in To Budget in one file and I switch to view a different file, when it opens, it often shows that same amount as available in To Budget, even though that file doesn't have any money in To Budget at all. Somehow, this To Budget amount is getting saved from the first file and not properly loading when I open the next file. This happens to me a lot and eventually if I click around to past months or different screens it will update.
Second, I made new files for this year, that I started as copies from my files for last year, then deleted the stuff I didn't want so I could clean them up. Today I was going to look back at some of the reports from last year. If I go into the report for my 2026 file and change the report to be Jan- Apr 2026, it also changes the report in my 2025 file to be Jan-Apr 2026. And vice versa, if I change the dates in the 2025 file to be Jan-Dec 2025, it changes the dates for the report in the 2026 file. It seems like all of the settings for these should be separate.
Edited to add: I am using Pika Pods to host because it's ridiculously easy. Chrome says the connection is secure so it should be HTTPS. I have it installed as a PWA on both my phone and computer and I'm fairly sure I've run into the issue with the amount it 'To Budget' on both my phone and pc. All budget files are on the same Actual Instance and I just go to the top where you can click on the plan name to switch between them. Both issues are intermittent.
