Free new notetalking app.

I wanted a note taking app for my classes and apps like notion, apple notes, obsidain, etc felt kinda static and not very fluid for mind map notes, so i build moonote.

it has free canvas where you can stick images and write text anywhere you want.

i found it pretty helpful and you might too.. try it!

and it all data get stores locally in your computer

why I got the answer? [system of equations]

I was trying to learn the system of equation following the khan academy, he gave a really example of it.

a person has $5500 and he has only $5 and $10 bill that makes up that amount. and yes he has exactly 900 bills

so yea I understood the two equations we get are

let number of $5 bills be y

same staff $10 bills be x

y + x = 900

5y + 10x = 5500

and when its plotted the point it intersects is
y=700
x=200

and here's the answer 5(700) + 10(200) = 5,500

here's the graph https://filebin.net/zrciqraaj7rpmt0x

okay now my question is.
could there be another combinations where the answer yields the same?
why do we need to plot (0,550) and (1100, 0) for 5y + 10x = 5500?
and how the point that intersects got the answer?
and please explain anything I need to understand

please help
and thanks so much in advance!

What is a linear equation anyway?

I am actually trying to learn linear algebra and linear equation is a prerequisites of it.

My confusion is actually is , what is actually an equation?
ik the answer is: an equation is a mathematical statement that says two things are equal. like 2+3=5.

however, this was kinda clear until I came across this cartesian plane, when a linear equation in plotted in it, it forms a straight line.

again Ik, thats why its called a linear equation. because it has a straight like. (there are non-linear equations that forms a curve line).

I watched this lesson by khan academy where he plots y = 2x-3, and indeed it forms a straight line, in particular direction. by changing the value of x.
ok, cool I did same thing to other equations and it formed a line in other directions.

but my question is why does it even matter and what is the essence of it anyway?

I am trying to make sense of it but it does not.

please some one explain me in-depth.

p.s I am really sorry if the question didn't made sense, I am kinda novice.
anyway thank you so much.
