Picked up the lamp shade and hardware from FB Marketplace. Hoping I got a good deal at $65? Do I need to find small ug shades for all the sockets now?
Ever since I found this group and all the amazing uranium items out there, I've wanted a lamp. Haven't found one in the wild, so when I saw this one on market place I jumped on it. Double socket. Works, but I think I'll have the original wiring replaced. Also, if you look on the inside, was it painted as well?
Internet tells me it's an Aladdin Alacite lamp.
I couldn't believe how bright this bowl lit up when my husband hit it with the light!
Also got the sherbet cups for $1 each. The estate sale woman had the gall to say they should have been more and she should fire whoever priced them. 🙄 It was the second day in the afternoon of the sale. No one was going to buy them for even more!
Hubby picked up this vase "because it must be valuable" Looks like it was made 2010? Does anyone know about the flame mark or is this some big box store piece?
