I’m trying to figure out if my most recent prescription makes sense given my prescription history or there was a mistake (it happened once before so I’m a little paranoid.

In short, does this prescription trajectory make sense/seem normal?

First photo is the most recent prescription. The second photo is my prescription history over the past 10 years or so.
