Would this be a good start and end point for a 2.1 PC set up?

$800ish after taxes. A little more than I would want to spend but after researching the sub I was going to get (Edifer T5s) I figured I should buy once, cry once. Spent time on FBM and anything decent was too far to make the value not worth it, primary vehicle is a diesel...

I am currently spending more time figuring out the best way for me to play FFX than it would take me to finish it.

Obviously a bit of hyperbole there, but I spent a good 5 hours yesterday testing out different versions of the game to see what would suit me best. I have access to the steam version, vita version and switch version. I was trying to see if there was an easy intuitive way to transfer saves between Steam and Vita, I really like the option to play turn based games hand held as I can sneak my Vita into work and use it during down time where the switch would be a little more conspicuous and not as good of an option. On the other hand I would like to be able to play on a bigger screen when Im at home for the more cinematic moments of the game so the switch seems like the best option there. But then I can purchase the PS4 version and easily transfer saves via the cloud from the Vita to the PS4... But then the Steam version has access to mods and the fast forward option to skip cutscenes youve already seen after dying to bosses....

You see my dilemma, either way Im excited to start this game I've only heard good things.
