Apache-Tika-Server - blacklisted

Just noticed that the "Apache-Tika-Server" template by sgraaf (https://ca.unraid.net/apps/apache-tika-server-0cw4tlc14im17o) is blacklisted:

> Attention:

> This application template has been blacklisted.

I can't seem to find any other references online to this being the case.

Is this something I should be addressing, or more likely to be something temporary caused by a change to the template that hasn't been approved/accepted or similar?

The repository is "apache/tika:latest" and the logs show "Starting Apache Tika 4.0.0 server". Otherwise running correctly.

To refund my Lymow One Plus, or not? 🤔

I bought a Lymow One Plus here in AU recently, and after a month I am torn on replacing it or not. I recently requested a refund which has been approved (no return label supplied as yet mind you) and I'm uhming and aahing about whether to replace it or stick it out after all.

Out of the box the thing looked fantastic. Its super rugged and looks cool as hell. The "real mowing deck" makes it sound like its actually doing stuff, and it ploughed through long grass without any issues at all. When its mowing, it does a beautiful job.

Unfortunately it's also been a bit of an ongoing drama with random faults. All the typical ones - overheating motors even though its Australian winter, frequently stops charging overnight which I suspect is the humidity sensor triggering despite being in a garage, the emergency stop button just randomly triggers on its own, deck clogs with grass, blah blah.

It was a relatively decent chunk of change at $5800AUD ($4000USD) but I just don't know what else to get at that price point.

The Navimow X450 seems like a great choice, but no one is selling it here yet (ETA August, maybe?).... The Terramow X looks like it could be great, but still a kickstarter (ETA September, maybe?). Other locally available products like the Husqvarnas are crazy prices for a very basic mower, and the Kress even more so.

Even then, everyone else is using the razor blade type setup and I quite like the idea of the "real mowing deck" because we get a lot of twigs and small branches from trees which destroy the razor blade style blades really quickly. I was buying Husqvarna blades by the box when I had the 450X running (which got replaced because it constantly got stuck, and because the boundary wire constantly required repairing).

Honestly I kind of feel like sticking with the Lymow and giving them a chance to fix the software issues, and have a crack at solving the overheating issue myself for the fun of it. Maybe its Stockholm Syndrome? The little tank hooning around the backyard is so cool. I want to love it.

Anyone in AU able to talk me in or out of another option?

Assorted mower shots included for your time. Grassed area of the yard is about 4000m2, grass types diverse but mostly couch / kikuyu / buffalo I suspect. Gets super wet and boggy after extended periods of heavy rain.

Gratuitous Lymow mow shot

Week two of Lymow One Plus ownership.... I've proactively done the removal of the little flap on the exhaust side, and added foil tape to the top of the deck.

Only issue so far is the stupid humidity sensor in the dock. I think covering it in silicon grease might be the next hack to do.

A majestic flyover by a full Dumpster of bin chooks

Our yard is currently a boggy mess, and that means it's become home to dozens of Ibis who are doing their best to empty it of worms, grubs, and other associated lawn snacks.

I heard them all take off and busted my phone out to grab a quick snap as they flew over. I thought it looked neat.

Stolen EV charger update - now 100% Australian made!

So a little while ago, we had an early morning visit from a copper cable enthusiast who stole the cable from our brand new EV charger.

I lodged a police report, not really expecting anything to happen. My flabbers were slightly ghasted when they actually turned up all of an hour later to see if they could get prints and generally offer sympathies. Who knows if anything ever came of it but it was nice that they did 'something'.

To flabber my ghasts even further, I got a message from /u/moreevs who offered a replacement charger from EVOS who actually make EV chargers in Australia which is frankly astonishing. I didn't think we made anything here anymore.

True to their word, we were supplied with a replacement charger!^(probably should have held it the right way oops) The EVOS charger is a much better unit than the one we had, so I actually should probably send the copper thief a thank you card (or maybe a boquet made of wire off cuts) for arranging this upgrade by proxy.

A little bit of an electrician fee later, and the wall without a charger became a wall with a charger (and also a cage around it because I'd like to keep this one). Connected the charger to wifi and plugged in the test mule and voila! The almost full battery became totally full.

The original idea of installing a charger at all is because we're looking at getting an EV service vehicle and like the US deal with Iran this puts us 95% of the way there - all we need now is to get an EV service vehicle. But we have a way to charge it and in the meantime the wife's BYD Seal will enjoy the luxury of 7kw charging on the workshop's dime.

So yeah - thanks /u/moreevs for the offer, thanks EVOS for the generous gift, and thanks copper thief for ruining our original charger for like $5 in scrap cable. Everything turned out perfectly.
