Spotify shows HTTP 500 error and Yt music says some bull shit also theres no way i could connect my other services even though they are hovering down on the bottom.

Since the last few days i was trying to upload my pdf book in the google play books shelf, however whenever i try it shows processing failed every single time even though i tried it to compress, converting it to word file then again pdf, but this time it ain't working
Any fixes or suggestions?
