Cleaning advice for this stroller canopy?

I got a mockingbird double stroller from facebook marketplace and while it was quite a score, I didn't realize how dirty the inside of the canopies were. I'm currently soaking them in water with Truly Free laundry detergent and Oxyboost but it looks like there's mold on there. Is there any hope for getting it out?

Can anyone recommend a place to have small appliances repaired (coffee grinder)?

I didn't realize how expensive it is to replace these machines! I'm hoping it will be significantly cheaper to repair. It's a baratza encore, fairly old, and just started grinding very large, grainy pieces. I replaced the ring burr holder with no luck so I'm at a loss!
