Are you seeing much AI at work?

I remember when I worked in law (pre-ChatGPT). I’m sure things look very different now.

When applying to training contracts, we’d keep getting told that things were changing and Machine Learning was going to mean no junior jobs.

10 years after the fact, AI knocked on our doors. But my Q is: how true is it? What does AI look like at work for you? Is it there yet?

What’s the AI usage like at your firm?

It’s been a while since I’ve worked at a law firm, and I’m genuinely curious what practice looks like 5 years after the fact. AI wasn’t all that when I worked as a paralegal, it wasn’t a thing even, if I’m honest.

So I want to know - what are you seeing? Where are you using it? What’s working/not working?

I asked a year ago what everyone’s take on AI was. What’s changed?

As per the above - I asked what people’s take on AI was a year ago and I heard a good mix.

Thought I’d ask again - see what’s changed and what hasn’t?

Thanks in advance!

Need Gemini to release a Cowork equivalent already!

Honestly, hoping someone in the Google team can look at this and recognise how desperately Google workspace holders are waiting for them to release something like Cowork.

Is this in the plan at all? And how soon can I expect it?

I am so disappointed and how slow Google has been with releasing literally anything, and I can't be the only one!
