Confirmed bed bugs. Please help.
OK, so I found a bedbug crawling on me in my car on the way to work two weeks ago I immediately had a dog come to my car to see if my car was infested. The dog did not alert, but that could’ve been a false negative because I had a bedbug trap in there with pheromones from the day before, so I think it could’ve overpowered whatever scent it was giving off because a week later as I was leaving work, I found another one on my arm.
And I had spent a significant of time in my car earlier that day. So I had a dog come to my apartment today because my landlord just wanted to treat, but I wanted to know like where are these things? like are they in my home my work and my car? Could I eliminate my apartment as a possible infestation even though I would treat anyway, given that I found one on me right after I left my apartment. Anyway, the dog alerted at my bed and the wooden bed frame. My first inclination was to tear apart the bedframe and throw it away but now I’m wondering I think I should put down DE first in the perimeter and then like when you guys take apart your bedframe do you put plastic down so that if what if some of them jump out and run away, and they go somewhere else in the room?
