Edit: I am an elder millennial. Thank you fam for indulging me. Saw a patient this week for 2 wks breathlessness and chest pain after a URI. Vitals normal. EKG nonspecific. She looked like crap. I sent her to ER. I gave report to ER and basically said “vibes are off” but professionally. She was found to have pericardial and pleural effusions. TRUST YOUR SPIDEY SENSES FAM. Love y’all

Leftover Bexacat tablets
Hi family. I made the difficult decision to send my sweet girl, Felix, over the rainbow bridge 2 weeks ago. She was found to have Hyperosmolar Hyperglycemic State (HHS), and the prognosis was grave.
