If a single person is moving with minimal items and they don’t need to bring furniture or appliances does it make more sense to just pay for extra suitcases rather than pay for shipping?

If going with nefesh be nefesh, how do you actually get your things that you shipped?

Do you have to pick them up from somewhere?
Are they delivered to you?
Are there moving companies to help you move them into your actual apartment?
