I'm having a colonoscopy tomorrow morning so today I've been on liquids only, and started Pico-Salax at 4pm, another one due at 8pm and the third early tomorrow morning. My problem is - I had a horrible headache this morning and took an extra-strength Tylenol but realized later that it's bright red, and the instructions specifically say nothing red, blue or purple. Have I messed up? I'm in Ottawa, Canada. I've been following all the instructions on the massive amount of liquid to drink, btw.
