Why is the pharmacy manager’s full name on display. It’s not a state law. I really am not comfortable with this.

Has anyone noticed that order onsite is not ordering products this week? Things that would normally auto order?

Has anyone noticed an increased number of scripts go to filling, be filled by one tech, then some how get filled a second time by another tech. It puts them in 2 separate bags. Only documents in fill under 1 fill ID.

I have watched film too, so I know it is happening. It happened 3 times here in last 3 weeks that I KNOW of.

2 situations happened where they went from fill to check DUR back to fill. After check DUR the old bag was deleted but not prompted to pull and it was assigned a new bag.

The other looks like it was filling for a long time, maybe stuck on a handheld for a while, then back to someone else.

I’ve prepped for several inventories, but I want to continue to have a successful inventory which for me is in less than a month. What are your best tips that helped your store? I’ve been working the $1000 list and the drugs not used in 100 days. I’ve processed all out of dates for the month. Will do amber vial audits.

Never hurts to ask people outside of my market, I might learning something new!
