this is an experience I have quite a lot, some times once a month some times a few times in one day. I will dream something then later, days, months or even years, it will happen in real life. It's a very trippy experience and feels so real,

from my research its called déjà rêvé, my father beliefs its me dreaming of something similar and my memories recognising and recoding the dream as this new memory, so feeling slightly similar then remembering the dream as the moment just happened.

I don't believe I can see the future in my dreams but its such an interesting feeling, just wanted to know if anyone else knows of it or has their own experiences
