Awakening at 19, two weeks lost, got lucky

Hi all, wanted to introduce myself before joining more conversations here.

At 19 I had what I'd now call a spontaneous Kundalini awakening. I had no framework for what was happening, and about two weeks later I was scouring the internet for answers. I got lucky. I found a genuine teacher, an enlightened master, and have been training with him ever since, over a decade now. That eventually led me into teaching and coaching myself.

What I see in threads like this, and in the people I work with, is that the really difficult part comes after the awakening. That gap between something undeniable happening and knowing what to actually do with it. There's a lot of content out there about signs and symptoms, and very little that's honest and structured about what comes next.

Happy to contribute where I can. If you're in the middle of something and want a grounded answer, drop a question.

One thing, I'm pretty new to Reddit and honestly still figuring out how it works. I'm not sure I'll get notified when people reply, so I'll keep checking back regularly. Bear with me if I'm slow.
