Ausländerbehörde der Region Hannover
Hello,
How long does it take to get an appointment from Ausländerbehörde - Region Hannover? I applied for a EU Blue Card with all my documents via email on 17th April and still have not gotten an appointment with them.
I also filled up the online application form for appointment and no response. Even I applied through the portal on April 28th and got a serial number. They don't pick up calls, they don't reply to emails. I even went to the schnellschalter to process my application and got a 3 month fiktion, which was not accepted by my employer. They said in schnellschalter, they only give fiktions and i have to wait for an appointment and they are not sure when i will get one.
I need a proper extension to start working. My planned starting date is 1st June but the way things are i don't think it will be possible. I wrote them again this week and no response.
Should i get a lawyer? If I get a lawyer will they give me an appointment sooner? If so, please recommend me one.
