Have the chance to get an affordable business space but wow the colors. I have two asks:

1. if you could change the color of the walls OR the color of the wainscoting which would you change and what color would you change it to? The carpet has to stay.
2. once the colors are wrangled, what interior style should I look for to make a comfortable modern take on this early 1900s bungalow? I don’t know terms for any styles and this one feels easy to mess up somehow.
