Hydrogen dominant sibo (Herbal solutions)
Tried rifaximin / metronidazole / ginger for (mmc 3 months) / diet / gluten free
7 years of suffering.
i suspect it was a long year of malnutrition (wasn't eating a lot) and then followed by a year of coffee.
after stopping the coffee all the symptoms began and got worse.
bloating (real bad!)
no appetite
no sleep
hypertonic pelvic floor constipation (straining to defecate)
straining to urinate
insomnia
and much more...
if anyone has any natural herbal methods + biofilm disruptors ideas PLEASE i'm suffering here
