Retail banking has finally broke me

I’ve been working in banking for almost 4 years and I never thought that a job would have me sitting in a parking lot crying. From the dumbass, disrespectful ass customers to district managers being nit picking ass people. You try to work hard to get a position/promotion only for DMs willfully give it to someone. Been applying to others jobs but getting declined. I’m just so over everything, the only silver lining of hope that I have is this back office position.(sorry for the spelling errors).

customers who accuses bankers of stealing their money deserve to get their relationship with the bank terminated(little rants)

I don’t understand why customers accuse bankers of “stealing/pocketing their money” , when they are told that all of the teller drawers are balanced, and that’s cameras were checked, it escalates to the DM. Especially when they clearly seen you count the money in front of them or through the cash counter. Then those same ppl who accuse you of stealing, WILL COME BACK TO YOUR LOCATION like nothing happened. No apology, no dignity, no NOTHING.

Side note: I also notice customer who start stealing accusations, they only do it to new employees or employees that are filling in from a different location. (P.s sorry for the spelling/grammer errors, I’m somewhat tired)
