Have a pixel watch 3 and have found the ecg feature awful and practically useless. I can't seem to find any reviews on the pixel 4 watch ecg and passive afib detection. I have afib so my doctor recommended a Samsung or Apple watch but really the pixel watch would be my only choice without buying a new phone.

Anyone able to weigh in?
