[Landlord US-TN] Best way to search for insurance for multiple policies in three different states?

Hi all,

I want to shop for insurance for my investment homes, personal cars and rental insurance for the rental home I am currently living in. I have moved around a couple of times for work, buying homes as I go then renting when I moved. I want to shop for insurance through a broker to compare rates but want to make sure I get decent coverage as well.

Are there brokers that can shop multiple states and get me comparisons for my policies? Last time I quoted everything I just called some of the larger providers (USAA, Progressive, All State, etc.) one by one but that took a bunch of time/effort and doing that every year or two is tough.

Thank you!

Moving company suggestions - Mount Juliet

My teen daughter is moving from out of state to the Nashville area with us. One small bedroom with standard teenage things (bed, dresser, cloths boxes, other junk). Companies I have contacted want pictures, total boxes, how heavy things are and other things before even quoting... I am trying to give someone money for a fairly simple job, why make it so hard?

I need 2 guys. Moving this stuff from a small moving truck on the street to the 2nd floor of a single family home. This will likely be less than the minimum time required by most/all companies and I am okay with that, I will pay the minimum required time.

Anyone have any suggestions who I could use that is reliable?
