What 50 days of recovery looks like!

I made a post 50 days back asking for help on how to save my VFT that got almost no sun at my college dorm. 50 days of full summer sun later and she’s back in business! I’m shocked at how quickly these guys can recover.

Anything else I can do?

Hey everyone!

I’ve had this particular flytrap for about three years and it has always thrived. My issue is that last year, I brought it with me to college (I couldn’t leave it at home because my family wouldn’t have taken care of it). Anyway, it got VERY little sun in my dorm room, and as you can see it’s quite sparse and all of the traps are dying. There hasn’t been any new growth in about three weeks besides a flower (which I absolutely should have cut off to prevent it from growing, but I neglected to give the flytrap proper care during my stressful finals season, which is when the flower was growing).

I’ve placed it in a spot where it will get full sun, but I’m wondering if there’s anything else I can do to save it.

Thanks in advance for any tips!
