Been fired from 4 shops. Not sure what to do now

I'm 22 and I'm new to automotive. I started out in a tire shop last year as a GS. I'm green and only have a 2-3 months of experience professionally with no experience prior, but I kept getting fired, so I wasn't at each job for that long. I just got fired from my last job two weeks ago, and a recurring theme is that I work too slow, and I've had some comebacks over wheel balancing. I wanted to work on this, and my boss made me train with this flat rate tech that worked fast, thinking it would help me increase my speed but it wasn't enough, and in two days, I ended up being let go after 2 months.

I realize that I like working on cars and learning about them, but the auto shop experience and rushing to get multiple cars out for 8-10 hrs straight is not for me. My knowledge is growing, but I physically can not perform efficiently. It seems like it'll take much longer to get the hang of doing oil changes and tires under an hour. I want to work on cars, but this is killing my confidence. I think I'll have to switch to fleet or smth. I'm debating on going to school too, but for right now I'm taking a break. What should I do?

I've been in the gym for 4 months and feel like I haven't made progress

I'm 22. 5'8, 160lbs. I'm aiming for lean physique/body recomp and getting rid of my stomach fat, and I have been in the gym since January.

This is my routine. 3 days a week.

A day:

3 x lateral raises

3 × kettlebell swing

3 × planks

3× lunges

3× bicep curls

B day:

3× pushups

3× squats

3× bicycle crunches

3× roman deadlift

3× chest press

3×shoulder press

Sometime in late March. I wasn't in the gym for about 3 weeks cause of switching gyms for convenience reasons. When I came back, I started taking it slow and then tweaked my routine and increased my weights, but I realized recently that, so far, that my routine isn't that great, and my diet sucks and I only eat to survive. I would post pictures of my physique, but I'm not super comfortable. Basically, I'm skinny but have low muscle mass. I think I'm getting stronger, but I'm focusing a lot on my physique. I don't want to end up 6-12 months in with nothing to show for it.

Started a new job at a tire shop as a GS last week. Basically I'm supposed to be here at 6:45am and leave at 5:45pm, five days a week. Sometimes, I'm 10-15 mins late because I dont have reliable transportation, but my manager doesn't care that much, and he seems like a chill guy. Occasionally, i leave at around 5 if there's no work and there's enough coworkers that'll stay til 6, and I can catch the bus earlier.

But the majority of my shift, there's nothing to do, and business has been slow. Mostly shadowing and cleaning up. I'll occasionally do an oil change or mess with tires. It's incredibly boring. Yeah, I'm making more money, but by the time I get home, I dont have time for other activities like going to the gym, and I'm drained.

But anyway, I'm just wondering how others feel about this kinda shift.
