Constantly on front end
I’ve been at a retail pharmacy for 6 months (I’ve been in health care for years but never pharmacy) and I swear it had to be a hazing ritual to keep the new people on front end until they almost quit. My pharmacy tried to implement a 2 hours rotation but that lasted 3 days. Is this normal?
