I'm in the middle of a five-round interview process right now and am curious what your process looked like and how long it took before you got your offer.
Would love some insight so I can set some realistic expectations for myself and not follow-up too quickly.

I applied two weeks ago, got a request for a phone screening interview last week and had the phone screening a few days later. I got a request for an interview with the hiring manager yesterday morning and I'm freaking out.
Does anyone have any tips on how I can stand out during this interview, or insights on what questions they might ask? Is there anything hiring managers in the music industry are specifically looking for?
