I find myself agreeing with the old yin again in regards to GTA VI. I think the only way for the gaming industry to leap forward is to implement some form of generative AI for NPCs to give the player more freedom of choice. This could probably be done creatively and will give the game so much more depth, instead of it being a modern day hit & run version of RDR2 (Which i enjoyed) which I think it’ll borrow most of it’s level design and mechanics from. But things have progressed so much since the release of RDR2 back in 2018. I also agree that the game will probably be a leap forward in terms of graphics, but I have a feeling it’ll be a let down. The trailers and characters look pish man. Thoughts?
