Hi! I’m a 28F planning my first solo trip and considering 7–8 days in Paros (possibly with 2 nights in Naxos or Milos). I’m flying from NYC and looking for a relaxing but still stimulating trip where I can spend most days at beaches/cafés while also exploring towns and different areas.

What I’m looking for:

• Beautiful beaches with clear water and places to lounge/swim
• Walkable towns with local shops, cafés, and restaurants
• Enough exploring to not feel bored solo
• Relaxed vibe (not looking for partying/nightclubs)
• Safe/easy for a first-time solo traveler
• A mix of slow mornings, beach hopping, reading, wandering, and nice dinners

A few questions:

1. Is Paros a good choice for someone who gets restless easily but still wants a relaxing beach trip?
2. Would you stay only in Naoussa, or split time between areas/islands?
3. Is renting a car necessary, or can I realistically get around with buses/taxis?
4. Any “must do” beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, wineries, cafés, or day trips?
5. Anything you wish you knew before going solo to Paros?

Would especially love advice from other women who’ve done Greece solo. 😄
