Starting from yesterday, the lower taskbar menu on this touch screen is not responsive after pressed (To be exact, I can still press it however it detected few seconds later without any change in display for climate or any heated function)

Luckily all other touch area like swipe down menu or Apple CarPlay and the three right default buttons(Media/Tel/Nav) are instantly responsive

I ensure my iOS App and BMW OS is the latest in UK today and no connection issue between them. I had tried two hard reboot by pressing down the volume button for over 20~30seconds until the display gone back from dark, trying profile switch and also get out,lock and unlock car back...without any luck

Does anyone with this experiences in this OS?
