What was the resume that got you hired?

I was hoping to see some examples of good resumes/cover letters. I've just started my job search, and I don't want to waste time sending things out when I could be missing something fundamental.

What did your Strahd talk about at dinner?

I wanted to come up with some conversation starters. He would probably like to know about/talk about

- Where the players are originally from.

- About their abilities/classes/races.

- What they think of Barovia.

- What they think about him.

Then I was also wondering how much information he would give away. Would he tell them about why he's obsessed with Ireena? What happened to his brother? That he can't leave Barovia himself? What happened to Barovia?

I feel like he would want to keep the conversation polite if possible, and mostly honest. Also, what do you do if your players roast him?

I'm going to be graduating soon, and I'm shitting myself over the prospects of being hired.

I want to live on the East or West Coast, or in one of the northern states. I'm trying to avoid red areas and places that I think will be impacted negatively by climate change.

Anyway, I'm looking at INALJ and the jobs there are slim pickings, even though it's all over the country. I'm panicking. I hear volunteering is a good way to get your foot in the door, but I don't want to move across the country to volunteer and then *maybe* find a full time position in a few years.

How can I be aggressive in my job search? Am I cooked?

Right now I'm working as a page in Arizona, and I don't want to be here longer than I need to.
