I have lost so much money through conversion, USD->EUR, withdrawal fees etc that I am not sure what the best way is to withdraw. The money is in USD but all my accounts are in EUR.

Is there a way I can get a USD account somewhere without living/working there or how are you handling it without losing even more money?

I tried to request the TRC (Tax Residency Certificate) but they told me it was only for UAE nationals who can get the one for Spain.

How can I solve this? I need to submit it to Hacienda.. Really lost here
