Hi all. I am 4.5 months post op on my left hip and 6 weeks on my right hip. I had a femoroplasty and acetabuloplasty with labral repair on both.

I returned to office this week, and am noticing a lot of pain and inflammation about 3-4 hours into my work day.

Outside of ice, gels, and ibuprofen, what are some ways you all found relief when returning to work?
