I was given a "once off" prescription for Dayvigo because this specific sleep doctor is too nervous for her patients to use it long term but it's been the only thing that's helped my stubborn insomnia. Anyone know of any doctors in Brisbane willing to prescribe?
So I was prescribed 1 x script of Dayvigo. It has been the only thing that's helped me sleep. I have chronic insomnia. I also take 2 x 2mg of melatonin and half a doxylamine. I seem to need a cocktail. The sleep doctor who prescribed me it said it was "for short term only" and I'm devastated because I was finally sleeping well and establishing a routine.
Wondering if anyone knows of any GPS in Brisbane willing to prescribed it? I haven't tried my usual GP yet but he's a stickler for the rules and will likely do whatever the sleep doctor says.
