Any idea who these five are? Thanks in advance!

Hi guys, just after some ideas on what this could be! A friend has suggested perioral dermatitis but I'm not sure.

I've been "on" Skin and Me for a couple of years but had dropped down to using it once a week once my skin cleared up. About five months ago I got a spot that wouldn't clear up and kept spawning new ones near it, and when it finally did go away, I started using Skin and Me more regularly again. However I made the error of not using moisturiser beforehand and the skin by my mouth became red, tight and flaky with lots of bumps, so I stopped using it and just used moisturiser until it cleared up. I then tried my Skin and Me doser again (with moisturiser beforehand) and the redness and dryness came back, so I went back to just moisturiser. It had cleared up almost completely at the end of last week but as of the weekend it looks like this - red, really bumpy, new bumps/spots keep appearing.

I contacted my prescriber on Skin and Me to get advice but they clearly didn't read my message properly and sent a generic response. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice for what may have caused this please? I don't wear make up and only use Simple moisturiser and Simple face wash.

ETA: Thanks for the responses - I'm going to contact my GP and try to get an appointment.
