I started taking two snacks and suddenly my fasting numbers are better than ever.

I have had ups and downs since having GD, around one month ago.

My fasting numbers were the hardest to get to be ok, but after like ten days of good numbers, they started again being not greats.

For that and because I started getting used to eating more regularly and being hungry without, I twisted a little my things and decided, as I have a very early dinner (5 pm) to try adding another snack.

So 5 pm dinner

7h15 pm: (small) snack with carbs and protein like an almond flour and blueberries homemade muffins

9h30/10h pm: cheese

Snack with carbs right before bedtimes didn't worked but carbs a little earlier does. Ice cream doesn't work either. Cheese before sleep did work before but I was always on the edge between ok numbers and almost ok numbers.

I also do indoor cycling for 30 minutes after dinner.

I wanted to share if you're seeking a new thing to try for those fasting numbers.

So I'm still new at this. Haven't had the call from the nutritionist who should help me yet.

And lately, my breakfast and fasting numbers are always bad. I don't understand why because the first fews day my breakfast was ok but the lasts days, not.

No matter how hard I try to follow the diet. Normally my lunch and dinner are ok but tonight, even my dinner is out of target and I don't know why.

Right now I feel like I'm passing a test four times a day and failing half the time. It's hard. I cried over a bad number last night. I know the pregnancy is making my emotional but it's so much pressure to see the numbers 2 hours after each meal.

How do you cope with this pressure?
