Currently considering a pair of Drake’s Khaki Fatigue Trousers, specially the Japanese cotton twill variant. Has anyone got any experience with these?

I’m normally a W31 for jeans and considering to size up to W34 given I’ve heard it fits small and it being high waisted. Also considering these and also the OrSlow Fatigues in the straight fit too.

Would be great to get some perspective from current owners of them, if they are happy with the fit, quality and style of them. Any tips/advice would be great.
