Recommendations for the best resort with teens

We’re looking to take the kids to Wisconsin for a few days and would love recommendations. Our priorities are a place that’s clean, modern, and well-maintained—not outdated or overly crowded. We have teenagers, so it would be great if there are plenty of activities and entertainment options for them. We’d also prefer somewhere that doesn’t require a lot of walking. Budget isn’t a concern—we’re focused on finding the best overall experience for the family.

Associate contract

I’m reviewing an associate dentist contract and wanted to get opinions from other associates/owners about this compensation wording:
“A per diem of $800 shall be compensated to the dentist … and monthly payments will be provided which shall include the collections based on the percentage rate deducted from the per diem amount.”
The contract also says compensation is 35% of collections minus part of lab fees.
I’m confused whether this means:
a true guaranteed $800/day minimum
OR
a draw/advance against future collections
The wording “collections basedh on the percentage rate deducted from the per diem amount” makes it sound like the daily guarantee may later be reconciled against collections.
For those with experience:
Would you interpret this as a draw?
Could deficits carry forward?
Is this standard wording?
What clarifications would you ask for before signing?
Thanks!

How to interview as a new grad

I’m a new grad who’s been interviewing for the past 3 months and it’s not going well for me. I’ve been recently told in an interview that I’m selling myself short and the advised me not to be too honest ! I got a feedback from another place saying that I didn’t seem confident enough. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong as I’m just being honest about what I’m not comfortable with as a new grad which is molar endo and surgical extractions because I didn’t get much experience with those during dental school and in couple offices they wanted me to be a solo provider on some days and I expressed I’m not comfortable with that at this point because I’m seeking mentorship so I was told I needed to show more confidence! Am I supposed to lie during interviews ?! I feel really discouraged
