1yr in, 60lbs down, home cooked meals and workout, just hit <30% body fat
Have always been a heavy kid since little, heavies time was over 220lbs at high school (5”4). Lost some weight at college and then gained 60lbs since last year in grad school, and pressure at work and life crushed me. I could constantly eat a family size bag of chips, not stopping even when it started to peel. Started Zepbound in March 2025 and have been doing great! Less pressure also helps a lot. Much happier now, next goal is to learn pull-up 💪
