Solar and Roof in PG County

We recently purchased our home and are looking for solar options. We are looking to either finance or buy back electricity. That said, we will likely need to replace the roof before installing panels. I have read that if you don't replace the roof before the panels are installed, you may end up paying between 5 and 10k to have the panels uninstalled and reinstalled when the roof is replaced. Is this true? Given this, are there programs that can incorporate a roof replacement into the solar package at the time of the leasing agreement?

First off, I am a public school teacher. I have a limited income. We bought a house in July, and the engineer, the seller, and the seller’s realtor intentionally covered up major defects in the house. We have to come out of 36k for foundation repairs. That’s my entire savings. We need a plumber and HVAC person to disconnect the pipes and HVAC in one section of our basement this week for the foundation team to repair a major subfloor defect. I would need to work out a payment arrangement to make this happen. I am sure that I won’t be able to pay the full cost up front. I can make a small deposit this week and pay in full by May 29th. Please help!!

Location: Maryland

I am in need of a lawyer who specializes in residential real estate business transactions. We bought a house in July. The seller did not disclose major foundation issues, the engineers report they provided is false. our engineers have since told us there is no way an engineer could have signed off on the foundation. we also found a list of items the contractors were told to address before the house was shown one of the items is “have engineer sign off on foundation”.

The total cost of the foundation repair will be in excess of 36k. That said, we don't know what else they may have failed to disclose or covered up. My mom and I both have long-standing anxiety and my mom can't sleep at night because she is afraid something going to happen to the house.

Anyone know of an attorney in the Maryland area that would be willing to take this case in contingency?
