Had our driveway ripped out and re-paved last summer. Found this today after a friend left. He has a VW Toureg so not like it’s an absurdly heavy vehicle or anything.

Obviously there was plenty of time to cure so I’m having trouble understanding why this happened. I believe we have a warranty but not sure if this would be covered under that. Thoughts on how to fix and/or why this happened? It was a warm day but not insane by any means ~85 degrees.
