Help with used bike?
Hi all,
I’m an injured runner looking to get back onto the bike.
Will be doing some commuting, some sessions and looking to get out for 3+ hours on the weekends.
I used to have a Defy Adv 2 and am a little out of touch with specs/models.
Just seeking some guidance on the price/spec of this for my intended use.
For context 177cm Male, 80kg.
