Can I pass my mbbs first year university exams?

I gave my anat and physiology papers and I have attempted all the questions except for 1 anat exam where I left 3 5 marks questions due to time issue.

I am getting 15 plus MCQ correct out of 20 but theory paper is not that great I have written things related to them and some info of 11 and 12 also so will I be able to pass?? I need 80 in total to pass one subject. I am doing mbbs from chattisgarh.
