Recently saw the post regarding compulsory retirement of 2 IAS in Gujrat. And a Contrasting example in my State where a corrupt officer , who has a history of being detained for 2 years is enjoying plum postings.
How do they not face repercussions, is it connection, or the lady is too powerful ?
