u/jeffjacksonnc I have proof that my landlord is still using RealPage’s price optimizer for dynamic pricing on rent. My renewal offer rate has change five times in the last 30 days, and the latest has my rent set to renew at over a 20% increase per month. Please please please help. I’ve called the AG office, but no one will help me navigate filing the complaint.
