To probiotic or not probiotic..?

Long story short my dog was having a sneezing issue while I was at work & my boyfriend took him to our regular vet. They said either A) a piece of grass up his nose or B) an upper respiratory infection. They gave him 14 day antibiotics but apparently never swabbed for a respiratory infection which I didn’t know at the time until he told me a few days ago…after my dog finished the antibiotics. The sneezing stopped after a few days so I continued the antibiotics because I thought what harm could they do. Well he had a walking issue(unrelated to the sneezing he just pulled something which X-rays were taken at the er vet). While there I told them about the antibiotics & how he hasn’t really been super interested in food while I’m assuming it’s just cause he wasn’t feeling very well but they gave me 7 day single dose probiotics to give him once a day which I have been doing because they explained his tummy could be upset from the antibiotics. Well he has been having yellow diarrhea the past few days & I just want someone’s opinion on if I should continue the probiotics or not? Is that what could be causing the yellow diarrhea? I typically don’t give him probiotics because he’s a healthy dog with good solid poops normally so it’s kinda worrying me a bit that he’s having this issue! & just to state that I am going to new vet because I don’t trust my old one for not having even swabbed to see if he really did have an upper respiratory infection or not. The new vet prescribed him gabapentin & anti inflammatory medication for his soft tissue sprain which he is doing a lot better since being on those two medications. They want me to finish out the anti inflammatory & gabapentin just to make sure his little leg is okay. Since he’s on those meds still should I be giving him the probiotics? This is my first dog of my own so I’m doing my best here I just want to make sure he’s okay
