I'm about to travel to USA the next month. The main challenge is that all the money I have to spend ( Or the majority) is in cash.

I have a budget of 2000 USD to spend during my 3 weeks in there. Nevertheless, I don't like having so much money in cash.

What's the best way to deal with this? Are prepaid cards safe in USA. I feel that many places will not accept cash at all.
