Running shorts that can hold IPhone recommendations

Hi all, I’m looking for a pair of shorts that can hold my iPhone so that I can listen to music while I run. I already have the pace breaker shorts but the pocket on the right thigh isn’t doing it for me because the phone just sloshes around when I run and it’s pretty irritating. I’m looking for something that will stay tight to my body and won’t move around. I’ve had shorts from other brands that have a pocket on the lower back that works pretty well and I think that’s what I’m looking for. Just want to get recommendations on what shorts will achieve this. Thanks

Will adding gable vents prevent mold and mildew from growing on ceiling?

I recently moved into a house and encountered mold and mildew growing in one particular room on the ceiling during the winter months. Inside temp was around 70-62 during the winter. The house does not have roof vents on the top, but does have bypass vents under the soffit. My assumption is that there is not enough ventilation in the roof during the winter because it is so warm inside and cold outside. Will adding gables prevent this or am I dealing with something completely different. The other houses around me have the same setup but not sure if they have the same issue or just have the temp lower during the winter months. Thanks.
