Flins cons or Ineffa cons? + Other prioritization help
Hi guys, I'm planning to spend a little for the upcoming Flineffa banner and im curious as to whether I should prioritize getting Ineffa c2 or hyperinvest into Flins (C3+)? I may try to aim for Flins C6 depending on how my luck treats me, but I'm not sure whether it's worth it since I have no guarantee of getting c6 (which is why I'm considering only getting 1 Ineffa constellation instead). If any C3-C6 Flins owners could give their input on how strong he feels at those investment levels and how worth it it is, that'd be great.
Besides pulling plans, I'd also appreciate advice on who's builds I should focus on improving next, and what stats to raise, or if I should just consider the team builds finished.

Should I consider his build done or should I reroll pieces to allocate the overcapped crit?
Strongboxed and crafted some artifacts for him today and ended up with this current build as the result. Apart from the mediocre circlet, is there anything else I can do to improve his build? I'm thinking of using a few feathers to reroll his flower since the crit rate is a bit high, but I'm not sure whether its worth it or to just be content with what he has now.

Can Prune use Nicole's weapon?
Sorry if this is a dumb question to ask, but I can't seem to find a detailed answer to this in any guide videos or the megathread. While wishing for Durin and Nicole's weapons, I got an extra copy of Angelos' Heptades, and I'm wondering if it's viable to use it on anyone other than Nicole (specifically Prune)? I currently have Prune on R5 Fav Codex, so would Nicole's sig be worth the ER tradeoff for more ATK, or should I just put the Lost Prayer/Fav Codex in the bag (I don't have Skyward)?

C1 Eledgy Ororon or C0 Iansan?
I just got a copy of Iansan from the standard banner, and I'm wondering how good she is at C0 for a Kinich team? Would she, with a fav lance, be drastically better than a C1 Ororon holding Eledgy, or can they both compete? Sorry if this is a stupid question; I never really researched what she does. All I know is that she works well with ATK nightsoul teams. My current team is C2R1 Kinich, C0R1 Winds Durin, C0R1 Nicole, and C1 Ororon w/ Eledgy. I also only use Ororon when I need to put Bennett on another team; usually I play Kinich with triple pyro.
